Hi, I’m K. Elizabeth Green — intuitive strategist, leadership guide, and energy mentor for conscious leaders.
For over three decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of intuition, leadership, and performance — helping individuals and organizations move from fear-based decision-making into clarity, confidence, and aligned action.
My professional journey began in education, where I taught for over 10 years. Eventually, I stepped out of my comfort zone — without a master plan — and trusted my intuition to guide me forward. That decision changed everything.
I went on to become a consultant for a large educational computer company, where I was promoted to manage the highest revenue-generating regions in the organization. During that time, I received multiple awards for team building, leadership excellence, and customer service, and I learned firsthand how energy, intuition, and strategy directly impact results.
After leaving the corporate world, I spent over 15 years as an independent speaker and trainer, delivering more than 1,500 seminars — both public and private — across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. My work focused on conflict resolution, team building, leadership development, and coaching, supporting executives, managers, and teams through real-world challenges.
