Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 15, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of indigoinstituteofnevada.com and your purchase or use of services, programs, appointments, and digital materials offered by Indigo Institute of Nevada ("Indigo Institute," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase our services. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Educational and Spiritual Development Services
Our programs, readings, mentoring, content, and materials are offered for education, personal development, and spiritual exploration. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services from a licensed professional. If you need professional care or advice, consult an appropriately qualified provider.
Purchases and Payment
Prices, program dates, and included features are shown on the applicable sales or product page. Payment is due at checkout unless a written payment arrangement is offered. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges disclosed at checkout. We may correct clear pricing or description errors before providing the service and will offer a refund if you do not accept a material correction.
Program Dates and Changes
We may make reasonable changes to instructors, session topics, delivery platforms, or the order of program content while preserving the overall purpose and value of the offering. If we cancel a paid program, or materially reschedule it and you cannot attend the revised dates, the remedy described in the applicable refund policy will apply.
Recordings and Participant Privacy
Live online sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. By attending a recorded session, you understand that your display name, voice, image, chat messages, or contributions may appear in the recording. You may keep your camera off, use only your first name or another approved display name, and avoid sharing personal information you do not want recorded. Contact us before the first session if you have concerns.
Group programs depend on mutual respect. Participants must not record, photograph, copy, publish, or share another participant's identity, statements, images, or personal information without that person's permission. Although we establish this rule, we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.
Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to disrupt sessions; harass or threaten others; impersonate another person; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious software; or use our website, programs, or materials for unlawful purposes. We may remove a participant whose conduct creates a safety, privacy, or material disruption concern. Removal for a material violation does not create a right to a refund.
Intellectual Property and Personal Use
The website, program name, curriculum, videos, recordings, workbooks, guided practices, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Indigo Institute and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce, sell, teach from, distribute, upload, publish, or share the materials or account access without our prior written permission.
No Guaranteed Results
Results vary from person to person. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result. Your choices, participation, circumstances, and implementation affect your experience.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policy shown for the applicable service. Purchases of Building Spiritual Muscle 101 are governed by the BSM 101 Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Separate services, such as appointments or readings, may have different cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed at booking.
Third Party Services
We use third-party platforms for hosting, checkout, payment processing, email, scheduling, video conferencing, and file delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, outages, or policies, but we will make reasonable efforts to help with access problems related to a purchased offering.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, programs, and materials are provided without warranties of a specific result or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigo Institute will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you complete a purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to a later change.
